Repeat customer. Five stars from me. Staff has been kind and patient with my special needs child, that has helped my child be more cooperative while in the exam chair and reduced my stress. The Dr was knowledgeable about how my childs health condition may effect his teeth. While giving information the Dr was quick, concise and did not induce panic. I have found the front desk staff to be helpful and appointment times to run accurately. I'm happy with them.

My first appt was quick and kind of rushed. Was given bare minimum information and not much direct medical suggestions. Came to the 2nd appt on 7/21 for what I thought would care for my kid issues after calling 2 business ahead of time to make them aware of the change in her discomfort. No answer, no return calls after leaving a message. Called several times over a course of 2 business days. Now we have to wait until a phone call to get my keep a new appointment (which next appt could be a month away) because the work that needs done, my baby will not cooperate and will need to be put under sedation. Very annoyed. As a parent and feeling helpless in comforting my kid and then have to function on 2-3hours of sleep for 4 days now. Is taking a toll (Not to mention taking time off work for 2 appts to be told one basic very little information the 1st time and the 2nd appt was suppose be a solution. When they both were basically a consultation). As my kid needs relief and to be back to her normal loving carefree spirit/personality. And a mother who needs rest to work 2 jobs, college and being a parent. This is very unprofessional, unsettling, and annoying. Praying for answers and quick t

I have been coming here for as long as I can remember. My little brother was a patient here. But the service/no service I received today was absolutely crazy. They only give you a 10 minute grace period on your appointment. Got there before the time was up. The girl behind the counter stayed on the phone until exactly 2 minutes after my grace period, and they refused to see my 3 kids, 1 having a dental emergency. Absolutely saddened that they wouldn't atleast take the dental emergency. Don't bring your kids here. EGOS RUN HIGH, I wasn't even rude to the girl and her body language gave attitude along with the eye roll she lead with. With the amount of time she was gone talking to whoever was in charge, im sure they got a mouth full with how "rude" i was. Another pediatric dentistry got us in right away with concern for my kid with the emergency. Thanks for not caring BEAVERCREEK

Some of the staff at this place are very unprofessional, have bad attitudes, and have poor communication skills that they need to work on if they are going to be in the customer field. My son had an appointment about two weeks ago and they called me on the same day and said my son’s appointment was canceled due to someone calling off. Ok whatever cool, I get it things happen. she then said we have an opening at 8, it was already about 730-745 and I said well we will be late, she said we have a 10 min grace period. I said well yall the ones who called me and told me my sons appointment was cancelled how do yall expect me to get there ? She said I’m sorry it’s only a 10 min grace period. Fast forward to today. The day my son’s appointment got rescheduled to, they called me yet again and cancelled. I couldn’t get to my phone on time so I tried to call back and of course no answer because they didn’t open up until 8. My sons appointment is at 850, I finally called back to try and reschedule and the girl already had an attitude when she answered. I told them I was trying to reschedule, come to find out the appointment never got cancelled and they had a provider, but it took me to call

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I had to for this office. The entire team was professional, compassionate, and extremely accommodating. They got us in very quickly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently and comfortably. It’s rare to find a place that combines kindness, flexibility, and strong clinical care so seamlessly. Truly a great experience. Highly recommend!
